Medicare Concierge combines the benefits of Medicare coverage with boutique-level access and personalized care. If you’re ready to make a sustainable investment in your health, our Medicare Concierge membership delivers an exclusive level of access and personalized attention without the price tag of concierge medicine that can run over $10,000 a year.
We are currently at capacity to ensure exceptional care for our existing clients. We accept 4-5 new members monthly and conduct discovery calls only when openings are imminent.
We bill Medicare for covered services. Medicare with a supplement or a Medicare Advantage PPO plan work best with our services. See the key details for more information about supported insurance plans.

Individual Plan
1 person- $129/mo., billed monthly, plus a $150 registration fee. See details below.
- Enhanced access including calls, messages, and same or next-day appointments for urgent issues.
- Receive 10% off with annual payments.
- Not included: long wait times.
Couple Plan
2 people- $229/mo., billed monthly, plus a $300 registration fee. See details below.
- The Couple Plan saves you $29/mo. off the regular rate!
- Enhanced access including calls, messages, and same or next-day appointments for urgent issues.
- Receive 10% off with annual payments.
- Not included: long wait times.
Some key details:
- Monthly rates are $129 for a single membership, and $229 for a couple. Memberships are billed monthly with an option to pay annually and save 10%. Registration fees are $150 per person, capped at $300 per family. As an example, the total minimum initial commitment for an individual would be $279. All memberships carry a minimum 3 month membership term.
- You can add an adult with Medicare for $119 per person, provided they reside in the same household as the primary member.
- Give us a call to add additional members without Medicare. The DPC and Medicare Concierge membership benefits are similar, but the plans are different due to regulatory requirements.
- Our membership plans are not insurance products and do not cover care provided by unaffiliated third-parties.
- In order to offer a Medicare Concierge plan we bill Medicare for services. The Medicare Concierge membership fee is to provide you with enhanced access to our providers and our services and does not cover the cost of the services themselves.
- Minor procedures are available when medically indicated. Not all procedures available at all times.
- In-clinic medications, tests, and procedures not covered by Medicare may incur an additional charge. You’ll know the cost up-front before committing to care.
- Those with Medi-Cal / CenCal are not eligible for membership due to state regulations. Those with a Medicare HMO plan may find limited value in membership as HMO’s may require their members to see HMO providers for some orders.
- We do not offer online sign-up. In order to become a member, you must sign-up in person at our clinic or over the phone.
