We are currently at capacity to ensure exceptional care for our existing clients. We accept 4-5 new members monthly and conduct discovery calls only when openings are imminent.

Please note: our Direct Primary Care and Medicare Concierge programs are not available to those with CenCal (aka Medi-Cal or Medicaid) due to state regulations. Other programs may be available.

Individual Plan

Single Parent Plan

1 parent, up to 2 children

Some key details:

  1. Monthly rates are $129 for a single membership, $229 for a couple, $279 for a family, and $199 for a single-parent plan. Memberships are billed monthly with an option to pay annually and save 10%. Registration fees are $150 per person, capped at $300 per family. As an example, the total minimum initial commitment for an individual would be $279, and $129 thereafter. All memberships carry a minimum 3 month membership term.
  2. You can add adults or children to a plan as long as they reside in the same household as the primary member. Adults are $119 per person, and children are $49.
  3. Childhood vaccinations are not included or available in-clinic. Most pharmacies will vaccinate children 3 years of age or older.
  4. Our membership plans are not insurance products and do not cover care provided by unaffiliated third-parties. We recommend you have at minimum a high-deductible insurance plan or a cost share plan.
  5. Minor procedures are available when medically indicated. Not all procedures available at all times.
  6. Certain in-clinic medications, tests, and procedures may incur an additional charge. You’ll know the cost up-front before committing to care.
  7. Those with Medi-Cal / CenCal are not eligible for membership due to state regulations. Those with an HMO or EPO plan may find limited value in membership as some networks may require their members to see their providers for some orders.
  8. We do not offer online sign-up. In order to become a member, you must sign-up in person at our clinic or over the phone.
